We represented a leading pharmaceutical company in a NYC General Corporation Tax dispute. The Department denied the taxpayer’s refund claim and assessed additional tax. We proved that the assessment was erroneous. We successfully resolved the refund claim for the client without litigation.
We represented a leading software company in a Chicago Personal Property Lease Transaction Tax dispute. The Department audited the taxpayer and assessed tax. We successfully limited the client’s exposure and resolved the audit without litigation.
