Saad Admani is a New Jersey Certified Tax Assessor qualified in property tax administration and real property valuation. Saad previously clerked on the Tax Court of New Jersey where he gained extensive knowledge in the field of property taxation. We represent property owners in litigating the value of all property classes, including multifamily, retail, industrial, and development sites.
Our firm regularly advises houses of worship on qualifying for and claiming property tax exemptions.
Representative Matters
We represented the owner of a luxury hotel in Jersey City, NJ in a tax appeal matter. We successfully reduced the assessed value by over $4,000,000.
We represented the developer of a multi-phase mixed-use project in Jersey City, NJ. Our representation led to the successful negotiation of assessed values over the course of the project.
We represented a newly established house of worship in Burlington County in successfully obtaining a property tax exemption.
