Clients regularly rely on us for their sophisticated real estate litigation matters. We represent clients in various matters, real estate contract disputes, leasing disputes, construction lien and foreclosure, and landlord/tenant matters.
Representative Matters
We represented a leading developer of large distribution and fulfillment centers in the investment of multiple properties to make way for the development of a 300,000 square feet distribution center in Middlesex County.
We represented a family office in the sale of a portfolio comprising of multifamily properties across Hudson County.
We represented three healthcare businesses in Hudson County that were simultaneously locked out of their respective locations by an institutional landlord. Our team promptly pursued injunctive relief and successfully negotiated a favorable settlement on behalf of our clients.
We represented a healthcare facility in Bronx County facing eviction from its long-standing location. We successfully halted the eviction and secured a favorable long-term lease for our client.
