We represented a leading New Jersey developer in securing land use approvals and a long-term PILOT for the development of a 350+ unit luxury multifamily project in Middlesex County. The approvals lead to the revitalization of a long-abandoned vacant lot and increased tax revenue for the municipality. The incentives received made the project economically viable for our client.
