Saad Admani concentrates his practice on business, real estate, nonprofit and tax matters. Saad is a proud product of Jersey City public schools, and is deeply involved in the Jersey City community. 

Saad advises clients in the purchase and sale of all types of businesses and real estate. Saad also represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters. He regularly advises clients on property tax issues, federal and state tax liabilities, and tax credits and incentives.

Saad is a New Jersey Certified Tax Assessor qualified in property tax administration and real property valuation. Prior to founding the firm, he worked at prominent law firms in New Jersey and New York litigating matters across the country. Before private practice, Saad was a law clerk for the Honorable Joan Bedrin Murray at the Tax Court of New Jersey.

Saad serves as President of the New Jersey Muslim Lawyers Association and Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
